Pullman Pointe welcomes most pets to our Fishers apartment community. Pets bigger than 65 lbs must be housed on the first floor or a second floor unit above the breezeway. There is a non-refundable fee in addition to a monthly pet rent for pet owners.

Yes. There is a fee of $4,500 in order to break the lease at any time, which will be lowered to $3,000 if given a 60 day notice.
Yes, Pullman Pointe and all other J.C. Hart communities necessitate a credit check to be completed during the application process.
Yes. An administrative fee of $250 per apartment is required which covers the application, background screening, and processing charges related to a new rental.
